MARBELLA
Marbella is known for being one of the most beautiful destinations in Southern Europe. Situated by the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by mountains, Marbella enjoys a wonderful climate throughout the year. Just fort minutes away from Malaga Airport, this city it very easy to access from most European capitals.
The American College in Spain is located in Puerto Banús, in the heart of Marbella. Its facilities include classrooms, a lecture hall, and a student lounge. There is a nearby cafeteria, fitness center, shops and
restaurants, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Students will be able to practice different sports and activities in Marbella such as tennis, paddle, fitness, swimming, walking and hiking, wakeboard & cableski among others.
In the winter season, the college will organize trips to the world famous ski resort of Sierra Nevada, which offers downhill skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing. In collaboration with Escuela Europea de Ski (European Ski School), guided trips to Sierra Nevada will be organized each term, including transportation, accommodation and ski lessons.
Every term ACS will offer different social and cultural activities such as visits to Granada, Ronda, Malaga, Jerez and Seville; sports competitions; cultural and social events.
ACCOMMODATION
ACS offers different accommodation options for students who are not residents in the Costa del Sol. Our administration and student services can assist with locating for renting apartments, renting rooms with families and dealing with local hotels.
